One of the most profound human experiences we sometimes forget to make time for is connecting with nature and the spirits of the Earth. The rustle of tree bark, the songs of birds, the crunch of leaves beneath your boots, and the touch of wind on your skin remind us how precious and perfect the present moment really is. It reminds us that...everything is okay.
Nature is its own medicine, grounding us in our bodies and reconnecting us with our hearts. In this reconnection, we remember that we are, and always have been, one. And what better way to embrace this unity than in community?
This silent walk is an invitation to simply be—to nurture your own experience while held in the presence of others.
We often seek healing in solitude, but there is power in healing together. Let’s normalise supporting one another through our presence, and holding space as a community.
We’ll end with a short Community Pulse—an opportunity to share, reflect. If there’s something you’re struggling with or excited about, this community is here to be with you in it (merely through listening), and after, others can connect with you personally if you do ask for support at the end of your share. :)

9:15 - Arrive at meeting point (Please be on time!)
9:45 - Intro & short meditation to connect with the forest, micro-medicine and personal intention.
10:30 - we walk.
Then we flow… when the right time arrives, we will find a place to sit, journal, and then you have the space to continue journaling or sit in meditation, move your body or whatever calls you!
When ready, we walk again. In silence.
12:30 - Arrive back at the starting point and have a short Community Pulse circle!
13:00/13:30 - Say our "See you soon!"'s
